Your Instructor:
Joe Jarosz
Joe Jarosz is the football editor for Referee Magazine, where he's written extensively on the mechanics, judgment, and game management skills that separate good officials from great ones. He's authored several officiating education books and has helped shape the educational program for the National Sports Officiating Summit each year — meaning the material in this course isn't a one-off, it's an extension of work he's built and refined over years of national-level program design.
That editorial voice is backed by two decades on the field: 10 years officiating high school football, 7 years at the college level, plus active membership in the Milwaukee Officials Association, the Lakeland Officials Association, and the Midwest Football Officiating Alliance, where he regularly guest presents.
Few people in officiating education can say they've both lived the calls and written the book on them. Joe has done both — which is exactly what Game Ready is built to pass on.
